Academics are a priority and expectations are high, but students embrace the challenge with the support of teachers who encourage creativity, independent thinking and personal achievement. Some 153 academic courses, including many Honors and nearly 20 Advanced Placement classes.
Graduates enjoy 100% acceptance to some of the country’s finest colleges and universities.
Some 61% of our students are enrolled in Honors classes and 26% are in AP classes.
In the 2007-2008 school year alone, some 70 students were named AP scholars.
Over 70% of our teachers have a Master’s degree or higher.
Cardinal Gibbons is accredited by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
