About the Hall of Fame

The Cardinal Gibbons Alumni Hall of Fame was established in 2002 to honor outstanding alumni.

The award recognizes Cardinal Gibbons' graduates who have made distinguished contributions of time and talent to support the school and its mission to form men and women of faith, service, and leadership in church and community.
Any graduates of Cardinal Gibbons or Cathedral Latin may be nominated to the Hall of Fame for achievements made while in school or throughout their adult lives.

Nominate an Alumnus

Nominations to the Cardinal Gibbons Alumni Hall of Fame may be submitted by mail or email at any point during the academic year through February 24th, 2010. Nominations must address the following criteria:
Faith: how graduates have lived the values taught and instilled by Cardinal Gibbons.
Service: how graduates have contributed to or impacted Cardinal Gibbons and/or their community.
Leadership: how graduates have demonstrated leadership in their personal or professional lives and/or on behalf of CGHS.
Nominations should be directed to the Alumni Council c/o Kirsten Monroe, Alumni Coordinator, Cardinal Gibbons High School, 1401 Edwards Mill Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607. The council is responsible for the review of nominations and selection of Hall of Fame inductees.
